Returns & Exchanges

If the item(s) you purchased do not work out for any reason, you must Return or Exchange them within 30 days.  After 30 days, Returns will only be processed as store credit.   Absolutely no Returns or Exchanges for store credit after 3 months. 
Please send us an email at luckyloushoes@yahoo.com to let us know you would like a return/exchange.  
~Shoes must be returned to us in unworn, pristine condition.  When trying on shoes at home, please only walk on carpet to prevent scratching the soles.
~All item(s) must be in all of their original packaging, including inner and outer boxes, and the items MUST be placed back into the original bags as well.  No exceptions.  We will not issue refunds for items that are not in all of their original packaging or if the items arrive damaged due to lack of original packaging.  If items are not re-bagged, we will charge a handling/re-stocking fee of $15 at our discretion.
We do not issue refunds for original shipping charges.  Only the actual price of the item(s) are eligible for a refund.
Additionally, we are not responsible for replacing any items that are damaged by carriers such as UPS, USPS, etc.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something different, such as a different size or style, please let us know that information when you email us.
 
We do not provide shipping labels for any Exchanges.  Customers is responsible for coordinating the labels online at USPS.com and include $15 cash (no checks or money orders, please) to cover the cost of the return shipping of your new items to you.   We can also send you an invoice for $16 if you prefer.

RETURNS

We charge a 10% re-stocking fee for returns.  That fee is based on the original price of the returned item(s).
We do not issue refunds for original shipping charges.  Only the actual price of the item(s) are eligible for a refund.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We do not provide shipping labels for any Returns.  Customers is responsible for coordinating the labels online at USPS.com.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are shipping from an international address, you are responsible for return shipping. Please note that we cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for following local procedures for recouping taxes and duties.
