Shipping Policy
We ship our shoes and accessories World Wide.
We generally ship 5-7 days after receiving orders, unless there's a weekend or holiday involved, which could add a day or two to our proccessing time.
The shipping options listed are the times it takes the carrier to deliver your package and does not include our order processing time. If you need your item shipped more quickly, please contact us at admin@luckyloushoes.com.
For Domestic orders, we ship via UPS and USPS Parcel Post and you will generally receive your order within 3-4 days after we post it. Please note that we have absolutely no control over how any carriers deliver their packages and they may leave you a note telling you to pick up your package at the local Post Office. We are not responsible for any theft of packages.
For International orders, we ship via UPS International and UPS. Shipping to Overseas addresses via UPS takes around 3-5 days and is guaranteed but shipping via USPS can take from 2-4 weeks. We cannot be responsible for very late or undelivered orders and we will not issue any refunds for packages that are delivered late.

Your individual country may charge you an import tax and we have no control over what that will be, nor are we responsible for payment of those fees.
We have absolutely no control over how Overseas carriers deliver their packages and they may leave you a note telling you to pick up your package at the local Post Office.
We are not responsible for any theft of packages.
