Store Policies


Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Central Time. 
We try not to be in the office on weekends and will respond to all weekend emails when we return on Monday morning.  


All of our shoes are hand-carved from natural wood.  We do our best to make sure that all shoes are exactly the same design and style as the original, but since we employ many different artisans to produce our shoes there may be some very slight variations in the wood or carvings.   You will most likely not even notice these variations.
Our straps are also hand-cut, sewn and placed. 

 We ship our shoes and accessories World Wide.  

We generally ship 72 hours after receiving orders, unless there's a weekend or holiday involved.

For Domestic orders, we ship via USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority and you will generally receive your order within 3-4 days after we post it.  All orders moving within the US are currently unaffected by current events.  Please note that we have absolutely no control over how USPS delivers their packages and they may leave you a note telling you to pick up your package at the local Post Office. 

For International orders, we ship via UPS International and USPS.  Please note that we do NOT recommend shipping via USPS at this time, even though the price is cheaper than UPS.  Shipping to Overseas addresses via UPS takes around 7-15 days but shipping via USPS can take from 2 weeks to 2 months.  If you choose USPS, please note that shipping via USPS is getting quicker but we cannot be responsible for very late or undelivered orders.  We will not issue any refunds for packages that are delivered late.

No matter how you choose to ship, we suggest tracking your order at  This website will provide the most detailed information on where your package is traveling.

Your individual country may charge you an import tax and we have no control over what that will be.

We have absolutely no control over how Overseas carriers deliver their packages and they may leave you a note telling you to pick up your package at the local Post Office. 

Returns and exchanges

If the item(s) you purchased do not work out for any reason, you must return/exchange them within 30 days.  After 30 days, returns will only be processed as store credit.   Absolutely no returns/exchanges for store credit after 3 months.

Domestic customers - please follow the steps below:

If you would like to simply return your shoes for a full refund (less the shipping price), please follow these steps:

~Shoes must be in unworn, pristine condition.

~All item(s) must be in their original packaging.

~Please send your item(s) back to us at the PO Box listed on the package.

~Please send the package back to us via USPS only and email us the tracking number once you've posted the package.  DO NOT use FedEx or UPS to send your order back as they do not deliver to PO Boxes.


Exchanges only

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something different, such as a different size, please let us know that information when you email us.  If you're exchanging your item(s), please follow the steps above AND include $15 cash for shoe exchanges and $5 cash for bracelet exchanges (no checks or money orders, please) to cover the cost of the return shipping.
