    ~If your feet are very narrow in width, please size down or order your usual size. If your feet are narrow-to-medium in width, order your usual size. If your feet are medium-to-wide in width, please size up.
    ~The wood heel is beautifully hand-carved and sturdy, yet the wood itself is surprisingly light-weight.
    ~The footbed is cushioned with 3 layers of padding for extra comfort.
    Please note: Our model wears a solid size 8 in our shoes. Here, she's wearing a size 9.

These shoes have no right to be as comfortable as they are, especially since they're 4" high. I have 27.5 cm long feet and normally wear an 11 or 42/43 depending on the length so I sized up to a 12 and they're perfect. An 11 would probably have been fine but my feet are happy in the 12.
